Due to coconut oil being a main base in our soaps, a white layer could form on the bottom due to insoluble soap particles settling. However, it poses no risk to you or your liquid soap and can be mixed back into solution or left on the bottom. The white layer on the bottom is actually what laundry detergent is made from. Most of this white solid is removed during the making of the soap, but it is possible for some to remain in solution.
Naturally all homemade soap will cloud up if the temperature drops, or if atmospheric conditions change quickly. However, cloudy soap poses no risk to your skin or personal care routine with Drew's Soaps. Placing the soap in a warmer location will make the soap return to its beautiful clear state.
We offer local pick-up for orders over $50. You can message us through the contact form at the top right of the page PRIOR to purchase to arrange pick-up. A local delivery service through our website is in the process of being created.

PAYMENT: Drew's Soaps will accept the following forms of payment: Debit/credit cards, Venmo, Cashapp, Google Pay and Apple pay.
SHIPPING: Drew's Soaps offer shipping anywhere in the United States. Please see our different shipping options available. Orders are typically made and finished within 48 hours of receiving the order*. After the order is complete it will be shipped. The package should then arrive within 2-3 business days

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: For items purchased online, returns and exchanges are subject to be reviewed by Drew's Soaps and MUST be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@drewssoaps.com to obtain return authorization and shipping label. Be sure to include the item's order number and reason for the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges may not be approved and are at the discretion of Drew's Soaps. Please allow up to 10 business days for the request to be processed.
RETURN SHIPPING: Shipping instructions and a label will be provided upon acceptance of refund or exchange.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS: The following items: clearance items, used products, final sale items, special/custom ordered items, and gift cards are not eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, if the item does not meet criteria.
CONDITION OF ITEMS: Except for items that were damaged when purchased or in shipping, items may be "open-box" but must be unused, undamaged, and complete with original packaging.
FORM OF PAYMENT: Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated.
